Hi! I am so glad you're here! The college years can be filled with excitement, as well as many transitions and changes within a short amount of time. You may be leaving home for the first time, heading off to college, graduating from school, moving to a new community, wrestling with your faith, or starting a career. There are big decisions to make, various losses, and so much change happening! This time of life can often feel overwhelming and isolating at times. Additionally, the difficulties of past traumas, emotionally abusive relationships with a parent or partner, friendship challenges, expectations from others, loneliness, anxiety, or depression can compound the stress you may already be experiencing and leave you feeling stuck. You are not alone. I would love to walk with you to uncover parts of your story, dig deeper to better understand yourself and the ways you show up in your relationships.

My goal is to help you rediscover your voice, find greater joy, self-esteem, and compassion, and embrace your inherent worth and value. Together, we will work to identify healthy ways to manage the challenges you are facing and the trauma you have endured, so you can experience a more integrated and wholehearted way of living.

I provide a relational and straightforward approach. I aim to create a safe, inviting space where you are welcomed to honestly explore and process your thoughts and feelings. As a trauma-informed therapist, I work at a pace that feels right for you as you uncover your story; together, we incorporate solid strategies to keep you feeling grounded and integrated during our sessions and leave you feeling empowered to navigate life between sessions. If you're ready to unburden from feelings of unworthiness and anxiety, I would be honored to support you.
