I have 35 years of experience treating individuals, families and couples in clinic, school and private settings. I served as a Clinical Supervisor training interns for 12 years. My approach is to remain flexible and creative utilizing the many different skills I have acquired so that I tailor treatment to the needs and goals of the specific client. I teach clients cognitive behavioral techniques you can use on your own as well as stress reduction methods that help you handle whatever challenges you are experiencing.
